  Very disappointing & unprofessional experience today. I booked an appointment weeks ago and was travelling miles to attend my appointment. Surgery changed my appointment time "for unforeseen personal reasons" yesterday and then kept me waiting over the changed appointment time today - so long that I had to leave without treatment. Very disappointing.
